Yes, cleaning the windows on both sides (interior and exterior) makes a lot of difference on the final results of the window cleaning.

It depends on the amount of windows or areas that need to be pressure washed. It usually takes approximately 1 to 3 hours but it really depends on the job size.

We start washing the window with a biodegradable glass cleaner concentrate and water. This step loosens soil and cuts grime.

Next, we scrub the stubborn areas with steel wool or scrape with a professional scraper. After the window has been scrubbed and the dirt is “floating” on the glass, we squeegee off the water, running the majority of the water off the window and leaving a small amount behind.

After the glass is clean is clean, we use an absorbent cloth to clean the window frames and sills.

Yes we use drop clothes to cover the floor and furniture. Our professionals use cover shoes inside as well.

It depends on where the window is located (for example, windows facing a busy street are exposed to smog so they’re likely to  become dirty faster than inside or patio windows).

It depends on how fast they get dirty, we usually recommend cleaning your windows at least every 6 months to maintain the look.

No, window cleaning consists of removing accumulated debris from the windows. Rain water is clean and will only make streaks if the windows are already dirty.

Pressure Washing

No we don’t use any chemicals, the cleaning happens with the high pressure of the water.

No, we use the water source from the property the we are working at.

It can happen if not properly done. However we are able to work with the pressure to clean the walls without blasting off the paint.

We pressure wash from the outside while the crew inside uses towels around windows and doors to check and prevent any water leakage coming through the windows or doors.

No, during pressure washing we are very efficient and we don’t spray the water directly against the plants. We also only use clean water to pressure wash.

Not necessarily, our pressure washing service is very effective, we only use the water necessary for the cleaning. The cost of the water usage is minimum.
